Standard Vendor Terms Applicable to All Bookings
(Vendor Service Terms for Customers)
Effective: July 1, 2026
These Vendor Terms & Conditions (“Vendor Terms”) govern all travel services listed on the TripDekho platform operated by TravelDekho Services Pvt. Ltd.
These terms are issued by the respective travel service provider (“Vendor”) and apply to every booking made by a customer through the Platform.
TripDekho acts solely as a technology platform facilitating discovery, comparison and booking of trips and is not the organizer, operator or executor of any travel service.

The Vendor reserves the right to modify itinerary, hotels, transportation, activities, pickup timings, and routes due to operational requirements, weather conditions, government restrictions, road closures, natural disasters, or any unforeseen circumstances.
The Vendor shall make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives whenever possible.
Each Vendor may have its own cancellation and refund policy. By booking a trip, the Customer agrees to the cancellation policy displayed on the respective trip listing.
TripDekho shall not determine refund eligibility or refund amounts unless otherwise expressly stated.
The Customer acknowledges that travel inherently involves certain risks including but not limited to:
The Customer voluntarily agrees to participate in the trip with full knowledge of such risks.
The Customer confirms that they are medically fit to undertake the booked trip. The Vendor may refuse participation if the Customer's medical condition poses a safety risk to themselves or other participants.
Customers are solely responsible for their personal belongings during the trip. The Vendor and TripDekho shall not be responsible for theft, loss, damage, or misplacement of personal belongings.
The Vendor reserves the right to remove any participant from the trip without refund if the participant:
The Vendor shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform services caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, floods, landslides, political unrest, government restrictions, pandemic, war, and transport strikes.
Unless specifically prohibited, the Vendor may capture photographs and videos during the trip for promotional purposes. Customers who do not wish to appear in promotional content should notify the Vendor before the commencement of the trip.
Any complaint regarding the trip shall first be reported directly to the Vendor during the trip so that reasonable efforts may be made to resolve the issue.
The Vendor shall be solely responsible for service quality, safety arrangements, execution of itinerary, accommodation standards, transportation, activities, staff behaviour, refund obligations, and customer support during travel.
TravelDekho Services Pvt. Ltd. operates under the brand name TripDekho and functions solely as a technology platform connecting Customers with independent Vendors.
TripDekho does not:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Customer acknowledges that TripDekho's role is limited to providing a digital marketplace.
Accordingly, any claims relating to trip execution, accommodation, transportation, meals, tour guides, safety arrangements, activity management, vendor conduct, refund disputes, and service deficiencies shall primarily be addressed by the respective Vendor responsible for providing those services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights available to Customers under applicable consumer protection laws.
By booking any trip listed on the Platform, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Standard Vendor Terms & Conditions in addition to the specific terms, policies, and itinerary provided by the Vendor.
